A famous quote by-Glenn Close
“What Mental health and wellness needs are more sunlight more candor, and more unashamed conversations.”
It is something that was always there, but no one paid attention to it. In previous days people suffering from mental illness were cornered and ignored. They felt left out, alone and clueless because of their mental illness. But things are different now, Mental health awareness programs have changed the societies view about mental health and wellness. It is finally getting all the attention it deserved.
Researchers have found that in different countries telemedicine for mental health and wellness has jumped by 100% as people are paying equal attention to their physical and mental health.
